I just don’t want to look back and think “I could have eaten that.”

A New Beginning!

I have a brand new website!!! Isn’t she beautiful?! I finally decided to get serious about my blogging and in order to do that it was time to bite the bullet and get a more professional looking website. I’ve been wanting to get a customized site done by a professional web designer for so long. However, it can cost you an arm and a leg. If you are a serious blogger then I think the investment is worth it. Do not spend the money if you post every once in a while. That reason alone is why I didn’t get a professional to overhaul my site until now.

I got a new logo a while back and it was created by Taylour Beadling. The idea for a new logo came to me when Jeffree Star came out with a velour liquid lipstick color called Breakfast at Tiffany’s. I knew I had to redesign my color scheme to match it. Which then led to changing up my website all together.

My web designer is Rob Thomas (don’t get confused with Matchbox 20) and he is amazing! I’ve always wanted to incorporate my Instagram feed into my site more and he found a way for it run on the footer. It’s pretty much live and updates as soon as I post a picture on the app. The site isn’t 100% complete yet. There are more features that we would like to add. It’s a work in progress as they say.

So, If you’re looking into create a business or personal website please take a look at Rob’s portfolio. He’s super friendly and easy to work with.

That’s my post for today. I can’t wait to get started on this new adventure! If I get serious enough I may even create a YouTube channel. Although, that most likely won’t happen, because I’m not confident enough to be in front of the camera.

P.S. If you’re wondering what the featured image of the deviled egg has anything to do with my post today – it doesn’t. I just wanted to use it!!!
